Med spa marketing

A med spa marketing agency built around booked appointments

ROEM Digital is a small, senior med spa marketing agency: we build custom websites with booking on every page, run local SEO and Google Ads that respect healthcare ad policies, and track every booking back to the search or ad that produced it. We already do this for a physician-led concierge practice and a boutique spa that reached 2.7× clients and 7× monthly revenue in 13 months.

  • Senior team, no hand-offs
  • Every call and lead tracked
  • You own every account
  • Custom-built, never templated

Haven Noire

A boutique spa brand brought online: elegant identity, custom website, online booking, and a shop that reflects the calm of the space itself.

Tracking first

What a med spa should track before spending on ads

Most aesthetics practices we look at can tell you how many people visited the website last month. Very few can tell you how many of those people booked, which treatment they booked, and whether they came from Google search, Instagram, a map listing or a referral. Without that, ad budgets get set by feel.

So tracking comes before spend. We connect your booking system, phone line and forms to analytics, so a booked consultation counts as a booking, not a page view. Then we report bookings and revenue by source each month, in plain language, so you can see which channels deserve more money and which deserve less.

  • Online bookings recorded as conversions, by treatment where your booking tool allows
  • Calls tracked by source while your real number stays on your Google profile
  • Form and consultation requests counted separately from bookings
  • A monthly report in bookings, new clients and revenue, not impressions
Website

What med spa website design has to get right

Med spa website design is mostly a booking problem. A potential client lands on a treatment page from a phone, wants to know what it is, who performs it, roughly what it costs and how to book, and leaves if any of that takes effort. A beautiful site that hides the booking button behind three menus loses to a plainer competitor that puts it on every screen.

We hand-build each site, not from a template, so it loads fast and looks like your brand rather than a theme. Every treatment gets its own page. Every page has a clear path to book. Provider bios show real licenses and training. And the design carries the same calm you want clients to feel walking in.

For MeliOra Elite Wellness, the physician-led concierge aesthetics and wellness practice we work with in Lutz, Florida, that meant a polished, deeply SEO-optimized site with dedicated service pages, online booking and a premium feel that mirrors the concierge experience.

Treatment pages

How to write treatment pages that rank and book

One page per treatment is the backbone of med spa SEO. A single services page listing everything you offer can’t rank for the dozens of specific searches people actually make, and it can’t answer the questions that decide a booking.

A strong treatment page explains what the treatment is, who it suits, what a visit involves, who performs it and under what supervision, typical aftercare, and how pricing works. It answers the hesitations people have in plain language. What it never does is promise medical outcomes, imply a product is approved for something it isn’t, or use claims a regulator or ad platform would treat as misleading.

  • Injectables and neuromodulator treatments, described by category and brand only where you and your medical director approve
  • Skin treatments such as facials, peels, microneedling and laser
  • Body treatments and medical weight loss, with careful, claim-free language
  • Wellness services such as IV therapy, where your practice offers them
Results photos

Before and after photos: consent first, then compliance

Results photos are often the most persuasive content a med spa has, and the most likely to cause trouble. We treat every image as patient information. That means written consent from the client for each specific use (website, social, ads), consistent lighting and angles so the comparison is honest, and no retouching of the treated area.

Ad platforms add their own limits. Meta’s health and wellness policy, for example, requires ads for cosmetic procedures and weight loss to target people 18 and older and bars ads that imply negative self-perception. We keep results galleries on your own site, where you control the context, and use ad creative that stays inside each platform’s rules.

Paid search

How Google Ads works for med spas in 2026

Google Ads can fill a calendar quickly, but healthcare is a restricted category and the rules have changed recently. In October 2025 Google updated its healthcare and medicines policy: for campaigns targeting the United States, prescription drug terms can be used in ads and landing pages for promotional purposes, but keyword-targeting those terms requires certification.

Google also treats invasive medical procedures, including cosmetic procedures and injections, as a sensitive category for personalized advertising. In practice, that means your own audience lists, such as Customer Match lists and other advertiser-built segments, can’t be used to target those ads. Campaigns have to win on search intent, location and good landing pages instead of following people around the web.

We build campaigns with that in mind: tightly themed ad groups by treatment, landing pages that match each ad, negative keywords that keep spend away from jobs, training and DIY searches, and conversion tracking tied to real bookings. Ad spend is paid directly to Google from an account in your name.

Local search

Why reviews and your Google Business Profile drive local bookings

When someone searches for a med spa near them, they usually decide from the map: star rating, number of reviews, recent photos and whether the listing shows the treatment they want. Many never open a website.

We manage the Google Business Profile like a storefront: correct categories, a full list of services, real photos of your rooms and team, regular posts and answered questions. We set up a simple review request after each visit, sent to every client rather than only the happy ones, and we draft replies for your approval. Fake reviews and paid reviews are off the table.

Retention

Memberships, email and texts keep the calendar full

New clients are expensive to win, and most aesthetic treatments repeat on a schedule. The practices that grow steadily are the ones that bring clients back: memberships that make the next visit automatic, reminders timed to when a treatment usually wears off, and a reason to return in slow months.

We design membership pages that explain the value clearly, set up email and text sequences for rebooking, birthdays and new services, and keep messages going only to people who opted in. Haven Noire, a boutique spa in Kissimmee that we built a brand, custom website, online booking and shop for, went to 2.7× clients and 7× monthly revenue in 13 months. Our case study walks through how.

Pricing pages

Should a med spa publish prices online?

Price is one of the first things people want to know, and a page that dodges it sends them to a competitor that answers. You don’t need a full menu with every package, but a starting price, a typical range or a clear explanation of how pricing works (per unit, per area, per session, per package) keeps a curious visitor reading instead of leaving.

We write pricing sections with you and your team so they stay accurate. When prices change, the site changes the same week. Where a price depends on a consultation, we say so plainly and explain what the consultation covers, how long it takes and whether it is credited toward treatment.

Provider pages work the same way. Clients choosing someone to treat their face want to know who that person is: their license, their training, how long they’ve been doing it and who supervises them. Real names, real photos and verifiable credentials beat a stock image and a paragraph of adjectives every time.

Social

Social media for an aesthetics practice

Instagram is where many aesthetics clients first notice a practice, and where they check you out after a friend mentions your name. It works best as proof of who you are: your space, your providers, the experience of a visit, short explainers and answers to common questions.

We plan and publish content around your treatment calendar and promotions, with results images only where consent and platform rules allow. Social then points back to booking, so it shows up in the same monthly report as everything else.

Booking

Booking software: use what works, change only with a reason

Most med spas already run on a booking or practice management tool, and switching is disruptive. We usually connect what you have to the website and tracking so bookings are visible by source. When the existing tool is the bottleneck (no deposits, poor mobile flow, no way to see where bookings came from), we help you compare options.

We also build our own booking platform, ROEMer, for salons, spas and med spas. It is in early access, so we only recommend it where it fits today, and never as a requirement for working with us.

How we work

What working with ROEM looks like

We keep a small roster on purpose. The senior people on your first call are the ones who build your site, write your treatment pages and manage your ads. Each month brings one plain report and a strategy call, with results counted as bookings, first-time clients and revenue.

Every account is set up in your name: domain, website, Google profile, analytics and ad accounts. If you ever leave, everything stays with the practice. The first step is a free marketing audit: we look at your website, map listing, ad account and tracking from the public side and send a short list of what we would fix first.

Questions

Med Spas marketing, answered.

Book a free strategy call

What does a med spa marketing agency do?

It brings new clients into your calendar and keeps existing ones coming back. That usually covers the website, treatment pages, local SEO, Google Ads, reviews, social and email or text. A good one reports results in bookings and revenue, not clicks.

How much should a med spa spend on marketing?

There’s no honest single number, because it depends on your treatments, market and how full your calendar already is. Start by tracking bookings by source, then put more budget into the channels that produce booked clients at a cost you’re comfortable with.

Can med spas advertise on Google?

Yes, within Google’s healthcare and medicines policy. Since an October 2025 update, US campaigns can use prescription drug terms in ads and landing pages, but keyword-targeting those terms requires certification. Cosmetic procedures and injections are also a sensitive category, which rules out advertiser-built audience lists for those ads.

Can we use before and after photos in our marketing?

Often, yes, with written consent from each client for each use and honest, consistent photography. Ad platforms add rules of their own, so we keep full galleries on your website and use ad creative that fits each platform’s health policies.

How long does med spa SEO take?

Google profile and review improvements can show up within weeks. New treatment pages and content typically build steady organic traffic over several months. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings.

Do you work with med spas outside Florida?

Yes. We’re based in Central Florida and work with practices nationwide, virtually. Local SEO is built around your city and the neighborhoods your clients come from.

Do we have to switch booking software?

No. We usually connect the booking tool you already use to your site and tracking. If it’s holding you back, we help you compare options, including our own early-access platform, ROEMer, only where it fits.

What results have you gotten for spas?

After we built its brand, website, booking and shop, Haven Noire, a boutique spa in Kissimmee, reached 2.7× clients and 7× monthly revenue in 13 months. Results depend on the practice, and we don’t promise specific numbers.

Will you write claims about treatment results?

No. We describe what a treatment is, who performs it and what a visit involves, and we avoid medical outcome claims and approval claims. Your medical director reviews clinical content before it goes live.
